I don't know why I think there's way too many carbs in that bread I can't bring myself to do it and I've been losing weight like crazy I lost 90 lb almost I buy the keto bread it says keto on it from Walmart that's what I use

I make this a lot, but I add more avocado so each bread is covered. Sometimes I add everything but the bagel seasoning on the avocado.

I love avocado toast. After I spread the avocado I sprinkle some everything but the bagel seasoning, then I add the cottage cheese, honey, grated egg and chili pepper flakes. It’s sooo good!!
